This ready-to-use Siccagno tomato sauce is made from tomatoes grown organically and dry-farmed (without irrigation) in the hills of the Sicilian hinterland. Hand-picked in summer at full ripeness: the natural concentration exceeds 8°Bx, giving a dense sauce with a velvety texture.
