MairaBio is a Sicilian farm set in hill country between 600 and 700 metres above sea level. It grows vegetables and pomegranates organically and turns them into genuine preserves, rich in flavour and nutritional value.

This ready-to-use Siccagno tomato sauce is made from tomatoes grown organically and dry-farmed (without irrigation) in the hills of the Sicilian hinterland. Hand-picked in summer at full ripeness: the natural concentration exceeds 8°Bx, giving a dense sauce with a velvety texture.
